Make a Wish….

This 8×8 card,made for the fairies of the Garden Launch on Ideal World, is using the Willow Herb/Rose Bay stamp set from the collection.

I watercoloured her with Derwent pencils, used Fiskars decal edge scissors to make the strips/mock ribbon, also the backing paper is from the same section on the cd, sprayed with spray & sparkle and  used the tea bag papers to make the teabag rosette.
